Mentoring
We strive to offer more than just work experience; our commitment goes beyond the placement itself. That's why we connect each participant with a mentor, whether from their placement or another lawyer, to provide guidance and support as they begin their legal careers This continuous support ensures they have the resources and encouragement necessary to succeed in the legal field.
Financial Support
At Equal Pathways, we are dedicated to supporting students who face financial barriers in accessing their placements. With your help, we aim to provide prepaid Oyster cards and lunch vouchers to ensure that transportation and meals are not a concern. Additionally, we want to equip these students with essential supplies such as notepads, pens, and water bottles to help them feel prepared and confident on their first day. Together, we can make a difference in their educational journey.
