Taranah is a Legal Counsel with over eight years of corporate law experience. She has spent the last three years providing students with meaningful work experience opportunities and has chaired two primary school local governing committees for the past two years. Taranah also volunteers with Inspiring the Future, helping young people broaden their career aspirations.
Akwasi Frimpong
Head of People
Akwasi is an experienced Senior People (HR) leader with a strong track record in organisational leadership, talent development, and inclusion. He is also a trustee and school governor at two schools, bringing strategic oversight and a deep commitment to safeguarding and opportunity creation. He holds a firm belief in empowering young people to better themselves and reach their full potential through access, guidance, and meaningful exposure to professional pathways.

Paula is a recognised expert in asset-based lending and asset finance. She advises major financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and is a regular industry speaker. Paula was named one of the 50 most senior women globally in Commercial Finance by The Secured Lender.

Customer Success Professional - Adobe
Busola is an Account Manager in the digital experience space, with a strong track record in customer success and partnership leadership. She is deeply passionate about widening access to opportunity and supporting young people to gain real-world work experience. Busola is also an advocate for underrepresented communities and regularly uses her platform to spotlight career journeys and practical advice. As a trustee, she brings both professional insight and lived experience to support the charity’s mission.
